Weekly Rate:  $800

Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday, and can be booked at any time!

Rentals of less than one week, can only be made within three weeks prior to the desired date.

Nightly:

Friday & Saturday: $150 Per Night

Sunday-Thursday:  $100 Per Night

• There is a 3 night minimum required for all Rental Unit bookings
• All rates include 2 adults and 2 children (17 and under)
• Only 1 family allowed per unit (no more then 3 adults, 6 people total)
• All Rentals require a $100 security deposit, which is refundable at time of check out, pending the inspection of a clean, undamaged unit.
• Rental Unit Check In 3 P.M.  Rental Unit Check Out 11 A.M.
• There are no late check outs available for rentals
• All units include a kitchen, microwave, bathroom, coffee/tea maker, dishes and utensils, charcoal grill, fire ring, and picnic table
• With all rental units you must bring your own linens and towels
• No refunds for early departures
• Sorry NO pets IN or OUTSIDE rental units
• No smoking inside units
• There are no check ins or check outs on Saturday
