Cancellation Policy (Reservations Booked After April 1)
Full Refund
For a full refund, Reservations MUST be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Partial Refund or Camping Credit
If a guest cancels at least 2 weeks prior to arrival (but less then 30 days), they may receive a full credit to be used anytime off season, or be refunded the original amount paid less 25%.
Cancellations within 14 days or less to Check In date
Guest canceling less then 2 weeks prior to arrival may receive a camping credit for 25% less then the original amount paid to be used anytime during off season..
*If a guest cancels due to a family illness, a doctors note must be provided in order to receive a full refund. Guests may also receive a full credit to be used anytime off season within 1 year from cancellation.
All camping credits issued are valid for 1 year beginning the date they are issued. Credits automatically become void if not used within that time period.

Advanced Reservations For 2011 and 2012
If you book a reservation for 2011 or 2012 anytime before December 31, 2010 half of the deposit is due within one week after booking and full payment must be received by January 1, 2011. These reservations are non-changeable/non-refundable after February 1, 2011.
Any reservations booked between Jan 1st - March 31st, must be paid in full within 7 days of booking, and are non-changeable / non-refundable once payment is received.
Reservations made prior to April 1st for the period between June 15 and Labor Day must be for a minimum of 1 week, Spring Spectacular, or Fabulous Fall.
Rates are subject to change anytime prior to January 1, additional balances must be paid by that time.

Reservations
Reservations for May Madness, Fabulous Fall and One Week or More may be booked at anytime (please refer to our cancellation policy for advanced booking guidelines). All other reservations will be taken after April 1. A two-night minimum is required; there is a 3-night minimum for all Holiday Weekends and Christmas in July. There are no check-ins or check-outs on Saturday, unless you are a walk-in. Because we are a family campground, we do not allow singles and you must be 21 years or older to reserve a campsite.
Check-In/Check-Out Policy 
Check in begins at 1 p.m. for all campsites, 3 p.m. for rental trailers. If a guest wishes to arrive earlier than 1 p.m. and their site is vacant, they must confirm with the office prior to arrival. All premature arrivals will be charged ½ of the daily rate, or $5 per hour (whichever is least expensive). Check out is 12 noon. To extend your stay please check at the office by 10 a.m., late stays will be charged ½ of their daily rate and may stay at the campground until 7 p.m. There are no check-ins or check-outs on Saturday, unless you are a walk-in.
Visitors/Car Passes 
Due to the capacity of the park, visitors are not encouraged at this time. Guest hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. All visitors must register at office-STATE LAW. Car passes must be visible at all times. Every vehicle must be registered and have a car pass. Vehicles without car passes displayed may be towed at owner’s expense. Sites with unregistered guests will be asked to leave the park. Please check our price list for applicable fees. NO GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED DURING THE FRIDAY, SATURDAY, OR SUNDAY OF HOLIDAY WEEKENDS. No exceptions.
Campsite Regulations 
Each campsite may be occupied by one family: two adults and two children (17 & under). They may have one vehicle, one tent, tent trailer, travel trailer, or R.V. and a pup tent. One tarp not to exceed 12ft x 20ft. Do your best to pick up before checking out so that others may enjoy a clean park. In some cases, campers leaving a messy site may be charged a cleaning fee of $20.00. One picnic table and fire ring is included with every campsite; please check at the office if you wish for either one to be relocated. We do not allow electric heaters, or outdoor appliances (refrigerators, electric grills, toasters, etc.) to be used. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per campsite! Vehicles must be registered!
Trees 
Do not tie, hang, nail, or fasten any objects from trees. No clotheslines, chains, or lanterns in trees or branches. Staff reserves the right to remove items from trees. No cutting or breaking of any trees, shrubs, branches, etc.
Campfires 
Open fires are permitted between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and midnight only. Never leave a fire unattended; fires must be put out before retiring for the night. Fires are only permitted in grills and the fire rings provided by the campground. Fires are considered a privilege at the campground, if for any reason the staff feels your campfire is dangerous to the park, yourself, or other guests, you will be asked to put your fire out immediately and may be forbidden to have any other campfires during your stay with us.
Quiet Hours 
Yogi and Boo Boo need their sleep; quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. – 7 a.m. Children 12 years and under are on their site by 9:00 p.m., 13-16 at 10:00 p.m., and 17+ at 11:00 p.m., unless accompanied by an adult. Lights out at midnight, campers planning to enter the park after midnight are asked to notify the office ahead of time. Night security is on duty when the office is closed and may ask guests to leave the premises if not fully complying with rules during these hours. We have on duty police patrols in the park.
Pets
In respect to our indigenous critters and to guests, your pet must be keep attended and on a leash at all times. Barking dogs will not be tolerated. No one likes messy shoes so please clean up after your pet. Dogs are restricted to using the designated K-9 cove for swimming. Upon request, you may be required to present a rabies certificate at the time of check in. Dog charge-$5 per day.
Bicycles
Bikes may be ridden at your own risk throughout the campground with the exception of the front office. Please walk bikes on hill areas, and in front of the office. Please keep speed under 5 MPH, and do not ride bicycles after dark. STATE LAW requires anyone under 12 years old to wear a helmet, it is recommended for everyone to wear a helmet for their own safety. Because the majority of the campground is not paved, skateboards, scooters, roller blades, minibikes, dirtbikes, ATVs of any kind, or any device that our staff may feel to be a danger are not allowed.
Swimming/Boating 
All swimming at the campground is at your own risk. There is NO lifeguard on duty. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the beach. Beach hours are 9:00 a.m. – dusk, there is no swimming or boating after dark. Life preservers are required for anyone under 16 in a boat. No powered motorboats or jet propelled watercraft are allowed. Boats and other floating devices are not allowed in the swimming area. Please obey all posted beach regulations.
Rubbish Disposal
Please wrap all rubbish and garbage in plastic bags before placing in barrels. Garbage is picked up daily from designated park barrels. Absolutely no throwing garbage/food in wooded areas or fire rings. Please do not remove or move the barrels.
Comfort Stations 
There are 4 comfort stations located throughout the campground. A parent must accompany children under 6 years of age to the comfort station. Dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and clothing are not allowed to be washed in the comfort station facilities.
Campground Animals & Critters 
Please do not feed any of the animals in the campground (including the horses, and of course, Yogi, Boo Boo, & Cindy Bear).
Alcoholic Beverages & Smoking
All alcoholic beverages must be consumed at the campsite. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the beach or carried around the park. NO DRINKING AND DRIVING TOLERATED (including golf carts), ABUSIVE DRINKERS WILL BE REMOVED BY THE POLICE. There is no smoking in any Park Buildings, Pavilions, or Rental Trailers. Please discard all cigarettes in designated smoking extinguishers.
Important Note:
Please do not travel through campsites on way to washrooms or other areas of the park. Always obey the 5 MPH speed limit, which is strictly enforced!
